211 CallRail-tracked inbound calls between April 10 and August 4, 2026 — built with Google Ads, a conversion-focused website, and organic search work for a junk removal company in Wilmington, North Carolina.

When All That Junk Removal came to us in December 2025, the business was growing mostly on word of mouth. Referrals are great — but they don't compound, they can't be scaled on demand, and they leave trucks idle when the phone goes quiet. Spencer, the owner, wanted a predictable, growing pipeline of inbound calls he didn't have to chase.
The Wilmington market added its own challenge: national franchises and lead-reseller platforms compete hard on junk removal keywords, so a generic campaign template would have burned budget on clicks that never turn into booked jobs.
We began the engagement on December 19, 2025 by testing channels rather than assuming one. The first months included Meta advertising to establish baselines for the Wilmington market. The data pointed clearly toward search intent: people with a garage full of junk search for help — they don't wait to be interrupted by it.
In April 2026 we launched the Google Ads campaign that produced the results on this page, with CallRail attribution installed first so every dollar could be judged by the calls it produced. The earlier Meta period is not included in these numbers.
We built the campaign around junk removal intent in Wilmington specifically — call-focused campaign structure, ongoing keyword management, aggressive negative-keyword pruning to filter out free-pickup and DIY searches, and bid optimization weighted toward the hours and zip codes where booked jobs actually came from.
We reworked the landing experience around a single goal: getting the visitor to call. Click-to-call placement, service-area clarity, trust signals, and mobile load speed all serve that one action, because a junk removal job starts with a phone call, not a form.
Before scaling spend, we installed CallRail with dynamic number insertion so every call could be traced to its source — ad click, organic listing, or direct visit. Every number in this case study comes from that call log, not from platform-reported estimates.
We produced local and organic content that earned rankings on Google, DuckDuckGo, and Yahoo — and visibility inside AI search tools. The tracked data includes a call attributed to SearchGPT, and the owner reported customers mentioning they found the company through ChatGPT.
Each month we reviewed the call log — which sources produced engaged 60-second-plus conversations, which keywords produced hang-ups — and adjusted the campaign accordingly. Call volume grew every single full month of the engagement.
From 24 tracked calls in April to 77 in July — compounding growth, not a one-time spike.
Aug 1–4 reflects a partial month. Source: CallRail call log, Apr 10 – Aug 4, 2026.
The campaign was built to create more than one source of customers. Every call below was attributed by CallRail.
211 total tracked calls · Apr 10 – Aug 4, 2026 · One tracked call was attributed to SearchGPT; the owner also reported customers finding the business through ChatGPT and other AI tools that CallRail does not always capture.
Of the 211 tracked calls, 138 lasted at least a full minute — real customer conversations, not accidental clicks or instant hang-ups. The client confirmed closing multiple jobs directly from campaign leads.
Using the client's reported average job value of $376, the 211 tracked inbound calls represent an estimated potential opportunity value of roughly $80,000 (211 × $376 ≈ $79,336).
