We are not liable for misleading claims arising from Client-supplied information, Client regulatory violations, or improper data usage by clients.
Payments for our services are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@olm.media at least fourteen (14) days prior to your next billing date.
If a refund is requested less than fourteen (14) days prior to the applicable billing date, any refund issued will be subject to deduction of non-recoverable payment processing and bank fees charged by Stripe or the applicable payment processor. Where a Master Service Agreement is in place, its payment and refund terms shall govern and control.
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and security. We do not warrant that the website will operate without interruption, that errors will be corrected, or that the website will be free of viruses or harmful components.

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We adhere to applicable A2P 10DLC registration and messaging requirements and do not guarantee message delivery.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect data but do not guarantee absolute security.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes arising from these Terms or use of the website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida. For clients who have accepted a Master Service Agreement with OLM Media, the dispute resolution terms of that Agreement shall govern and control.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise indicated. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
